The Title and Due Date fields are used to help you identify the item whose time fields you are viewing. Click on the Item Tab to modify either of these fields.

The following controls are provided to modify the time fields.

Start Time: Enter the start time at which an item is scheduled to start.
Duration: Enter the length of time the item is expected to take, in hours and minutes, or "N/A" if Duration is not applicable to this item.
Alert Prior: Enter the number of minutes prior to the Start Time at which you wish to receive a reminder of the impending item (or "N/A" if no alert is desired for this item).; By setting a Start Time for an item and by setting Alert Prior to something other than "N/A", an alert will be triggered at the specified time. Your system will beep and a dialog box will come up, reminding you of the item. You may dismiss the box with no change, or request that the alerting item be brought into view.
