This tab allows the user to purge specified To Do items from the current list. The updated list will be saved to disk, and the purged items will be permanently deleted from the list of current items.

The following controls are provided on this screen.

Purge Closed Items: Press this button to cause all closed or canceled items to be deleted.
Archive Closed Items: Press this button to cause all closed or canceled items to be deleted from the main list and added to an archive file (archive.txt). This function is only available if your To Do list is stored in a folder, rather than a file. Successive Archive operations for the same folder will continue adding purged items to a single archive.txt file.
Publish to Web: Press this button to use a Web template to publish your archive file as a Web page. The Web template should be named "archive_template.html".
View Web Archive: After successfully publishing to the Web, pressing this button will open the output Web page in your browser.
Open Archive: Press this button to temporarily open your archive rather than your list of current To Do items. After pressing this button, you can use the other Tabs to view the data stored in your archive file. When you are done viewing this data, use the next button to re-open your current items.
Open Current: Press this button re-open your current list of To Do items, after using the Open Archive button above to open your archive file.
