Collection Tab
This tab allows the user to specify information about the wisdom collection as a whole.
The following controls are provided on this screen.
- Title
- A brief title for the collection.
- Link
- The URL for the Web site on which this collection is published. If a trailing slash is not entered, it will be added by iWisdom.
- Path
- The folder within the Web site that will contain the wisdom collection.
- Editor
- An e-mail address for the editor of the collection.
- Description
- A description of the wisdom collection.
- All Quotes?
- Click the check box to indicate that new items added to this collection should default to direct quotations.
- Primary File?
- Click the check box to indicate that you wish the current collection to become your primary one. Your primary collection should be your primary repository of wisdom items. This will be the first collection opened when you launch iWisdom. You may only have one folder designated as your primary.
- Forget File?
- Check this box to have iWisdom "forget about" the current folder (it will be dropped from the list of Known folders). To have iWisdom later "remember" it again, you would need to re-open it using the "File / Open..." Menu item. If a file or folder no longer exists, then you can cause iWisdom to "forget" about it by trying to open it from the "File / Open Known" sub-menu. At that point you will see a dialog box that will give you the option of having iWisdom forget about the folder.
