File Menu
This menu allows the user to access various functions that involve complete files.
New
Open...
Rewrite

Publish

Open Known
Creates a new, empty collection of wisdom items. You will be prompted for a folder in which to save the collection.
Allows you to specify an existing iWisdom folder to be opened. See the file layout for information about the contents of an iWisdom folder.
This function simply rewrites all of your current wisdom to disk, ensuring that it is stored in the latest wisdom format.
Selecting this menu item will take you to the Import window.
Selecting this menu item will take you to the Export window.
Publishes the iWisdom collection as a set of linked HTML files. This function may also be performed from the Export window.
Presents a window that allows you to specify a number of properties for the collection that is currently open. See the Properties window for further details.
Allows you to backup the content of your current collection to a single xml file.
Allows you to revert the contents of your current collection to the contents preserved in a previous backup file. All wisdom items in the current collection will be deleted, and the contents of the specified backup file will then be imported.
Presents a sub-menu of previously accessed iWisdom collections, and allows you to open any of them by selecting the desired item on the sub-menu.
